Q: What area of the convention center is the event being held?
A: The conference auditorium located on the second floor of Hall I

Q: How do I get to Hall I on the second floor?
A: Elevators and escalators are available.

Q: Where do I park?
A: Parking is permitted in the parking lot across from Hall I. A police officer will be present to direct traffic to parking lot.

Q: Is there a cost to attend?
A: No, admission is free.

Q: How early can I arrive?
A: Doors open at 11:00 a.m.

Q: Will there be a break in the 6 hours?
A: There will be one 15 minute break from 2:30 p.m. – 2:45 p.m.

Q: Is food available?
A: Concessions will be open for the entire 6 hour period including snack bar and smoothie bar.

Q: How many seats does the small auditorium provide?
A: 4500 riser seating

Q: Will there be video screens?
A: Yes

Q: Will there be music?
A: Yes. Praise and worship will be led by a local praise team at the open and close of the event.

Q: How many people will be leading in prayer throughout the day?
A: There will be approximately 25 prayer leaders.

Q: Will you be posting the list of prayer leaders?
A: Yes. The list of prayer leaders will be posted on the New Orleans Gathering website on August 1st.
The list is comprised of government officials, city officials, pastors, business and community leaders.

Q: How many denominations are involved?
A: Every Christian denomination is being represented. This is a non-denominational gathering.

Q: Will any ministry materials be sold at the event?
A: The only ministry items that will be available are exclusive to The New Orleans Gathering only. These items include New Orleans Gathering lapel pins and t-shirts. Proceeds of these items are used to assist in the expenses of the New Orleans Gathering. (NOTE: ALL NEW ORLEANS GATHERING ITEMS ARE TRADEMARKED)
